Born and raised in upstate NY, I headed west after receiving my BA in Psychology from Smith College. After studying massage at Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) and becoming a Reiki Master, I moved to Portland, Oregon. I am passionate about bodywork that embodies a sense of personal discovery, healing and wholeness and have continued deepening my practice through various trainings of M.E.T.A./Hakomi.

Currently, I live in Portland with my husband, two children, two dogs and a cat.
